Dual Purpose Police K9 Seminar

This 2-day lecture course will include canine legal updates on patrol dog operations (including tracking dogs), patrol dog use of force, drug detection dog operations and K9 unit supervision, including supervisor and agency liability. This course is recommended for dual-purpose police dog handlers, trainers, supervisors, administrators, along with judges, prosecutors, and agency litigators.

During this 3-day, 30 hour class, handlers will be educated/trained on the deployment of a police dog in high risk / tactical operations, learning the latest in tactical tracking, building / area searches, and arrest techniques. Training will assist you in dermining how your police dog functions and how they can be used to better assist you and your department.
